This class provides 3 hours of Real Estate Legal Issues. The course focuses on reviewing residential employment agreements, residential contracts, and associated forms which Real Estate Agents may use when representing their customers/clients. This interactive workshop will help agents better understand when to use specific forms, the importance of following up on key tasks in the contract process and communicating with their client. CE CREDIT - Real Estate Legal Issues A variety of techniques such as discussion, lecture and scenarios will be used to bring key concepts to life. The course focuses on the escrow process and practices that REALTORS can follow to ensure a smooth closing for their clients. By having a greater understanding process REALTORS will be able to provide a higher level of service to buyers and sellers. This class provides 3 hours of Legal Issues.
