All persons signing up for this educational course will be shown how to do self help techniques to treat and prevent muscle injuries. These classes will help improve mobility, reduce pain and enhance performance. Understanding Trigger points and pain patterns with the use of therapy balls and corrective movement.This 4 series of classes will help the Student Athlete, Adult Athlete and frankly Adults of all ages in foundational mobility, self-care for sports, occupation, or accidents. This class will be taught by Annie Gordon, Master Myotherapist and Corrective Exercise Therapist. Each class will be 60 minutes once a week for 4 weeks.**Kit fee of $40 for Trigger Point Ball will due directly to the instructor, Annie Gordon, at the beginning of the 1st class**
