This class provides 3 hours of Legal Issues and meets NAR's Triennial Code of Ethics requirement.

The goal of this course is to help real estate professionals explain the home selling process from start to finish. This is part 1 one of a 2-part class. In this session we will cover from the initial call about a potential listing to reviewing the listing paperwork. In this session we will review legal issues, and the code of ethics as they relate to representing a seller. By having good procedures in place, you can better protect your client and have a smoother transaction.
