Description
Once you are given the a-ok from your doctor to start, join a community of expecting mothers as we practice in a supported environment. Class starts with introductions and is followed by a series of adapted poses for your growing baby. Breathing exercises and meditation practices will also be explored to create positivity and preparedness to support you on your journey. Bring a yoga mat, small blanket, yoga blocks, and water bottle.”
