Practicing Nutrition for Vitality & Longevity: Room 101 @Rec. Dept.Are you frustrated with your current state of wellness? Do you have a nutrition plan to accompany your GLP-1 (Ozempic, Monjaro, etc.) journey? Have you been in a constant diet mode frustrated with lack of results, or maybe you seek more energy for your day? Learn the fundamentals of practicing balanced nutrition for sustainable results. This workshop will help you create your roadmap and implement consistent behaviors for reaching your personal goals. This hands-on, 5-week series covers the 5 pillars of wellness: Mindset/Goal Setting, Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Stress Management. Learn what your personal daily nutrition needs are, identify and break down barriers hindering your goals, how to move forward in a calorie deficit/surplus, and how to eat for increased energy. By educating yourself, you will create your personal roadmap to longevity. Instructor: Denyce Holley, NASM CPT/Precision Nutrition L1 Coach. 5 weeks.
