UNITED STATES COAST GUARD MASTER LAUNCH COURSE: REC Dept. The USCG requires all launch operators to be licensed. This 2-day class substitutes for the USCG exam and includes a Safe Boating certificate and USCG application. Instructor: Boatwise Marine Training.
