Join Marybeth D’Ercole (Nurse Practitioner, UMASS Boston Professor and Lifestyle Educator specializing in mindfulness programming) for this one-day workshop to PAUSE, REALIGN AND REFLECT on your aspirations for the year. Through guided visualizations, reflective journaling, and community connection, you will clarify your vision for 2026, release what no longer serves you and harness evidence-based practices to support growth and expansion.
