NEW! FOREST THERAPY is a practice that supports health and wellness through guided immersion in forests and other natural environments to promote the well being of both people and the land. Forest Therapy goes beyond public health benefits by guiding participants through a clear sequence of open ended invitations to slow down, open the senses, and deepen a reciprocal relationship with nature. Walks are typically one mile or under, and are accessible for ages 18+ of all physical conditions. The aim is simply to create and sustain safe, meaningful contact with the natural world. Walks will be guided by local Scituate resident and ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide, Stacey Caplinger of Homegrown Healing, LLC in Scituate. Crosbie Family Preserve - entrance located just east of 253 Clapp Road that leads to a multi-car parking area adjacent to Appleton Field.Wednesday, September 30, 9:30am - 12:00pm (rain date: Oct. 1) Fee: $40Activity Sub-Category
