The YMCA Masters Swim Program is for swimmers ages 18 and older who want to increase fitness, improve stroke technique and have fun in a supportive group environment. Sessions will be instructor and individual lead throughout the 10 week program. One of our USA Swim Coaches will be on deck once a week and will provide organized workouts and oversight. No competitive experience is needed. The Masters program will focus on improving the swimmer's form, endurance and speed for fitness, competition, open water swimming or triathlon.
*Lanes will have multiple swimmers per lane, circle swimming will be conducted by swimmers
