Build a strong foundation both physically and mentally through a gentle flow vinyasa (breath synchronized movement) and breathing techniques (pranayama). Class will finish with 15 minutes of soulful meditation relaxing the mind and body as we enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature’s sunset. This class is ideal for beginners or for anyone who enjoys working on the fundamental aspects of their vinyasa yoga practice. Parking is available at Merkle Cabin. Ages 18+
