Forest Therapy is a research-based framework for supporting healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments. Often translated as “forest bathing,” it is rooted in the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku. Your guide, trained by The Forest Therapy School, will lead you through a series of gentle invitations and meditation that will help you find a deeper connection with the natural world. Park and meet at St. Matthew’s Church entrance (1001 E. Schaumburg Rd.).
