Level 5 - Stroke Refinement
This is the first class in our Learn to Swim program that is taught entirely in deep water ranging from 6'-13'. Participants must be able to efficiently complete 25 yards of both front crawl and elementary backstroke without stopping. Students will work on refining breaststroke, butterfly and sidestroke. New skills will include shallow angle dives, surface dives and flip turns.
If you are unsure about which level to register your child for, swim assessments are available. Assessments are held Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Appointments are not required.
