This clinic is taught by an Elite USPTA instructor and former ATP touring Pro or NCAA-level coach. The 60-minute session is designed to improve your tennis strokes, consistency, ball placement and cardio. Players will be instructed on the fundamentals of tennis strokes as well as positioning, footwork, and form. In addition. Live Ball is a great way for players to develop fun, competitive tennis skills and meet new players.
All students must bring one new can of balls and tennis racquet to class.
The City of Santa Monica continues to place the highest value on the health and safety of our community. Additional safety protocols and procedures such as social distancing and face masks may be implemented as directed by current LA County Department of Public Health Guidelines.
PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION for Santa Monica residents begins Wednesday, November 1 at 6 a.m. Non-resident registration begins Wednesday, November 8 at 6 a.m. Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available. NO CLASS 1/15. Material fess is 1 can of balls.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES: Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
