Description
This clinic is taught by an Elite USPTA instructor and former ATP touring player. The 90-minute session is designed for fast doubles play to improve your tennis game and fitness level. All major shots and specialty shots are practiced, in addition to building points from the baseline, service line, and finishing points at the net. Live Ball builds offensive and defensive tennis shots and executing strokes under point-pressure. Each session begins with a warm-up followed by Live Ball games and additional drills as needed.
All students must bring one new can of balls and tennis racquet to class.

PRIORITY ONLINE REGISTRATION for Santa Monica residents begins Wednesday, January 24 at 6 a.m. Non-resident registration begins Wednesday, January 31 at 6 a.m. Online registration is required. Walk-in registration is not available.
REFUNDS/TRANSFERS - A $15.00 processing fee applies for each activity session refunded. Refunds will be prorated. Refund/transfer requests must be emailed to the Community Classes & Camps office at community.classes@santamonica.gov. Refunds will be issued only if requested within one day after the first class meeting. Material fees are not discountable and are nonrefundable.
REFUNDS FOR DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ENROLLMENTS resulting from multiple registration submissions (at one or more offices or via online registration) will be subject to a $15.00 processing fee for each activity session refunded.
CANCELLED CLASSES will be made up at the end of the session. Makeups will not be offered for classes missed by the student. Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
