16 years and up. (R)-$10.00 (NC)-$12.00What is a YIKE? Experience yoga combined with a hike, with Marilyn a certified yoga instructor. You will be surrounded by the beauty of Los Flores Ranch Park while on a moderate 3-mile hike. Yoga will be the focus along the trail as you energize the body, relieve tightness, and strengthen major hiking muscles. Please bring water, and a packable mat. Park in the main parking lot and walk up to meet at the Visitor Center.
