Youth NFL Flag head coaches needed for fall season!

The City of Santa Maria is seeking dedicated head coaches for our upcoming Youth NFL Flag program. We are offering age appropriate divisions this season and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to lead our teams.

Season Details:

Registration Deadline: Thursday, August 27th.

Practice Schedule:

• Practices Begin: Week of 9/22
• Weekly 1-hour Practices Available: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Game Schedule:

• Games: Saturdays 10/10-11/14
• Saturday Game Times: To be announced!

Coaching Requirements:

• Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.
• Pre-Requisites: Coaches must meet volunteer requirements by 8/27 to receive one complimentary program registration for their child.
• Mandatory Coaches Meeting: Wednesday, 9/9, at Minami Community Center, 600 W. Enos Drive, at 6PM to review league rules and obtain team information.

Additional Information:

• Coaches' children will automatically be assigned to their parent’s team with the registration fee waived.
