This program offers something for everyone; the competitive boxer, the recreational boxer, or those looking to keep fit. You'll find it here! Coaches will assess the student's level and determine which time frame works best for the student. New Adult Class beginning in January!! Learn the essentials of boxing and become physically fit!!
