We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Wednesday, February 22, 2023.
Our high-energy recreation classes offer a safe, fun, physical skill-building environment. Events include vault, tumbling, balance beams, bars and trampolines. Students learn proper techniques of jumping, landing, balancing, swinging, stretching and strengthening skills. Various hand/eye, foot/eye coordination drills are included to enhance multi sports development. Each class is offered with age appropriate, skill level expectations.
