Ditch the workout - Join the party! Dance, socialize, and burn lots of calories with this fun modified Zumba option for active older adults. Zumba Gold recreates all the same Zumba moves you know and love with lower intensity and lower impact while still focusing on balance, range of motion, and coordination. The last portion of the class will consist of toning. Feel free to bring any of these items for the toning portion of the class: 2 lb. dumbbells (2), water bottles (2), canned foods (2).
