Zumba Gold is the lower intensity version of the typical Zumba class and is designed to meet the physiological and psychological needs for seniors. It is a low-impact fitness class with simple dance and exercise moves, which makes it the perfect class for active older adults and low fitness participants. Spaces are limited in accordance to Covid-19 Guidelines. Masks are required for indoor programs. Registration is required for participation. No Drop ins available.
