Description
Yoga combines physical exercises, mental meditation, and breathing techniques to strengthen and relax the muscles, relieve stress, and improve sense of balance. This gentle exercise is beneficial for anyone who wants to get fit. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a thick mat or towel and water bottle. Register in-person and online.
