Power yoga is a dynamic and physically challenging style of yoga that incorporates elements of traditional yoga poses with a more vigorous and fitness-oriented approach. It is often characterized by a fast-paced, energetic flow of movements and a focus on building strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Cancellation request must be made in writing 14 calendars days prior to the start of the activity. $10 processing fee applies to each activity cancellation requested by the participant. No Refunds will be made for requests received LESS THAN 14 calendar days prior to the start of the activity.
