Public speaking is an art form and practical skill great for school and future careers. Students will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen skills in preparing and presenting oral presentations in a variety of situations. Speaking clearly and comfortably in public is a valuable and often essential skill to possess. Students will be introduced to the basics of speechwriting and delivery, gaining personal self-confidence and reducing anxiety associated with public speaking.
