About this event
Each day, students will explore a unique international culture. We will watch a film from that culture, and discuss aspects of its traditions and norms. Then, we will go to a restaurant that serves food traditional to that culture, where we will eat lunch and have a presentation from the chef or owner. Please note that the meals that we eat during this project are served family-style and represent the traditional food of other cultures. As such, there are not always options available for specific diets (halal, gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, etc.).
