Activity Organizer: Coach Lau Email: clarence.lau@basisindependent.com Dates: Tuesdays, Wednesdays Thursday with first practice on 2/6/2024 and last practice on 4/25/2024 Time: 4:00PM – 5:00PM Location: BISV Lawn (optional off-campus workouts may be offered) Grades: 9-12 Uniforms are on loan and will need to be returned at the end of the season. If a uniform is not returned, the student will incur a replacement fee and may be prohibited from registering for other sport programs. Description: In its first year, the High School Co-Ed Competitive Track Team will focus on introducing students who have an interest in running to the various events that many High School Track and Field programs compete in. Some of these events include (but are not limited to) the 400, 800, and 1600 meter race, the 100 and 200 meter sprint, and the 4x1 and 4x4 race. No tryout is necessary, and we encourage all runners of all experience levels to come out and be a part of the team! Please bring your own appropriate athletic attire for practices.
