Activity Organizer: Neha Sharma and Pallaw Sharma Email: nehashar2279@gmail.com; pallaw@gmail.com Dates: 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month with last meeting on 4/11/24 Time: 4:00 PM–5:00 PM Grades: 8–12 Description:AI and Semiconductor Engineering and Testing (ASET) is a great opportunity for those interested in AI and semiconductors and excited to get hands-on experience with engineering and testing them. In this club we will focus on the main elements of AI and semiconductors and how they are made and tested. We will also learn about layers of AI, application of both AI and semiconductors, and how these 2 are applied to our lives and tested for safety. Our club includes a potential field trip to Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory where members will be able to see first hand how these growing fields are tested and applied to every aspect of our lives, including medicine, agriculture, driving, and even entertainment. ASET is a great learning experience for all interested in learning about AI and semiconductors, whether you have been an avid researcher for years or are brand new to this fascinating realm of technology!
