The Yuan Ji (Chih) Dance is a mixture of dance, martial art, physical therapy, and the "Chi" exercise. It has the effect of the Chinese traditional massage, where physical exercise is combined with entertainment, body building, and health care. Frequent practice of this exercise can reduce blood pressure and increase the flexibility of muscles. Enjoy this artistic dance class with a great group of participants.
