Please Join us for our second annual Mental Health Month Open House at Grace Art & Wellness. We will be opening our doors and having a resource fair, guest speakers, refreshments, giveaways and more. In order to secure a table at the resource fair, please email the attached form to Josue.covarrubias@sanjoseca.gov Limited Space is available. Priority is given to Non-profits and Agencies that work with people with mental illness. You will be notified if you have been selected to be a part of the resource fair. For Profit tables will be confirmed upon payment ($200 per table).
