Beekeeping & Beyond Workshop [5/4] @ (1 to 3 p.m.)
Putting On Summer Supers: This class will introduce you to the basics of honeybee hives and stacking supers on top for the summer.
Beekeeping Workshops at Happy Hollow Park & Zoo are an intimate opportunity to learn about bees in a hands-on class setting. All workshops take place at Happy Hollow with all donation fees benefitting the zoo's conservation efforts.
* Requested Donation: $45 Members / $50 non-Members per workshop
Happy Hollow Members receive a 10% discount on all classes and camps when they enter the HHMEM coupon code in at checkout.
* Fees include the use of all needed protective equipment (if you do not possess your own).
* An apiary specialist & beekeeping volunteers will provide hands-on training & instruction.
* This class is for participants 14 years & up.

Meet at the Business Office Gate in northeast corner of the 1300 Senter Road parking lot. The class will take place in the Happy Hollow apiary.
