• Each class focuses on intentional movement and pose breakdowns, making yoga accessible to all bodies
  
  
• Classes are sequenced to build toward a peak pose, with modifications available
  
  
• Open to all levels with modifications available
  
  
• Must be an active member of Koret to gain access
  
  
• Join the classes 5 minutes before to attend a safety orientation
