This introductory class focuses on safe and effective lifting techniques, providing an overview of essential safety features to help build confidence in the weight room. Each session targets all major muscle groups, with a dynamic focus tailored to the day's goals. As participants progress, they will develop the skills needed to confidently work toward a full-body workout. Ideal for those new to strength training or looking to refine their lifting practices.
