Description

This adult class is designed for the adult swimmer who is interested in improving their stroke efficiency; or developing advanced competitive strokes. This course is ideal as part of a training regimen for open water swimming, duathlons, or triathlons as well as a number of other adult sporting events.

Instructors will focus on improving swimming strokes and participant's overall endurance. Sign up weekly.
