Join our walking group to improve your health, stay active, and connect with others in the community. Participants may walk at their own pace and will receive a walking log to track their exercise and daily steps. Drop-ins are always welcome!

**The group also meets on the second Friday of each month at 10:00am in the recreation center meeting room. Coffee and refreshments will be provided while participants socialize and discuss topics relevant to older adults.
