Join others in this self- paced class as we walk towards our fitness goals! Improve overall health and wellness by setting individual physical activity goals each week with the aid of our staff. Check in once a week to share your experiences & tips on getting your steps in and discuss goals. Incentives will be awarded as a way to motivate participants to reach their personal goals.
