Description

The Social Motion Club (SMC) is a group for adults with a cognitive impairment. It is designed to increase leisure independence, community functioning, and build social skills through experiential opportunities within the community and at recreation centers.
If you are new to SMC, please email Angela at alightner@sandiego.gov prior to registering. All participants must have an updated assessment on file.
Start the evening with a tasty dinner at Five Guys, then get creative and unwind at Hawaii Fluid Art where you'll make your own colorful masterpieces! Bring money for dinner or pack a sack meal. Please register by May 8th.
