Enjoy Land of Oz treats, costume contest, plus sing along with the original Wizard of Oz movie. For ages 13 and up. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No direct supervision provided. Participants requiring supervision and/or extra assistance must bring a helper. Held at the Park de la Cruz Gymnasium (3911 Landis St., 92105). Caretakers/aides will be free to attend with participant.

The City of San Diego, Parks and Recreation Department, Therapeutic Recreation Services, provides therapeutic recreation programs for children and adults with any type of disability. Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists (CTRS) work with participants on social and recreational skill development , leisure education, appropriate behaviors, and recreation participation in inclusive environments.
