Attend this 3-hour community cycling workshop designed for adults ages 55 and older to learn practical safety tips and practice techniques to help one ride more safely in San Diego!

What to bring: A bicycle, a helmet, a water bottle, and a packed lunch.

Program is held at Park de la Cruz Community Center (3901 Landis St., 92105) on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 11:00a - 2:00p.
Program is sponsored by the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition, Scripps Trauma Injury Prevention Team, the City of San Diego, and Live Well San Diego Aging & Independence Services.
