This cheer class will cover the basics of cheer leading and routine work. Introduction to jumps, stunts, and basic motions. Conditioning incorporated for the overall strength of athlete.
Pre-approval from Cheer Coaches needed to be in this class. Please contact Silver Wing Recreation Center for more info.
