Monday & Wednesday - Beginning Swimming

Beginning Swim is designed for swimmers looking to build confidence and improve their skills in the water. This class focuses on proper stroke technique, breathing, body position, and foundational swimming skills wile helping participants become stronger and more comfortable swimmers.
Water aerobic classes are open to all current UIW students, faculty and staff and current Natatorium members.

Please bring ID to check in at the front desk! Registration is highly encouraged, participants can register online, or in person at the front desk.
