About this event
*Adults* Triathlon Swim Skills Club (Ages 16+) This group is for adults who are able to swim, but would like instruction on proper technique or are looking for correction to their current technique. Swimmers will be taught how to move efficiently through the water. Freestyle/Front Crawl with EVF and correct breathing technique will be covered as well as signting for open water swimming. Backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and flip turns covered on request. Taught by one of our USA Swimming Certified Coaches.
