Adult Intermediate & Triathlon Training (16+) This class is for adults who are able to swim but would like instruction on proper technique. Freestyle with EVF and efficient breathing for sighting will be covered for open water swimming. Technique for other strokes can be taught as time permitted and as requested. Class taught by USA swimming certified coach.
