Description
Don't lose your head, our teaching artist helps you succeed as you create fantastical and fanciful desserts and platings worthy of a haughty queen. Impress your family (and their sweet tooths) when you share artful, fanciful desserts. From petit fours to fruited tarts, we make, decorate, and plate pastries and arrange dessert buffets. You must contact COCA’s Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp to provide information about food restrictions or allergies. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
