Interested in healthy food, fun and daily life? Our Healthy Living Series is coming back to offer tips on how to stay healthy. Drawing on the nutrition education of our own resident, Jordan Frink, we will be putting together an educational series on ways to live healthier. Session topics vary month to month and can include food demos, fitness practices, and household habits. Kick off National Nutrition Month with us! Following the theme of this years celebration "Food Connects Us", join us for workshop where well dive deep and discuss how food connects us, learn more about the differences in cultural cuisine, how to implement healthy aspects from all cultural dishes and taste test a few of your own. Join us March 8th at 10:00AM in the La Villita Lounge. Event is free for all residents, registration via Active Net is required.
