Description
We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
An intense, full-body routine to empower and motivate. The work out consists of boxing and kickboxing movements mixed with martial arts. Bring your own dumbbells if you prefer, and a water bottle.
Additional reminders:
• Classes are for individuals 15 years of age and older.
