Designed for experienced skill levels, this full-body workout explores fun and challenging exercises inspired by the residents of the animal kingdom. This class focuses on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination using primarily bodyweight exercises.

While the animal movement theme remains consistent, each class may place special emphasis on a specific muscle group. Modifications are offered as needed.
