Start the year off strong with our 75 Days of Change fitness challenge. Sign up for this challenge and receive a daily tracker where you will follow a diet plan of your choosing, workouts, water intake, sleep, and reading or mindfulness. Challenge begins January 5th and goes through March 20th. 75 Days of change to create new habits and transform yourself with your goals for 2026. We will also create a Facebook page for this group to motivate each other and post your progress. Once you register check with a Health and wellness staff member to get your packet! Also attend this month's nutrition workshop on Saturday January 17th at 10:00 am with Nutritionist Jordan Frink to learn about some diets you could choose to follow for the challenge.75 days of change will help you reach your goals and create habits you will stick to long term!
