By combining sound healing practices that include the use of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and sound frequencies tailored to slow the brainwaves and regulate the nervous system, paired with guided mindfulness meditation and self-reflection/journaling practices, they will learn to observe anxious thoughts without being consumed by them, as well as develop a sense of safety and self-trust within the body. The result is a powerful synergy that allows students to bypass mental resistance, wash away tension, and reconnect with a centered, peaceful version of themselves.
