The option of day camper is available as an alternative to individuals who are medically and/or physically unable to sleep in our fully accessible cabins overnight. All campers are encouraged to participate full-time as an overnight participant at Camp Joy, unless otherwise arranged with administration. This camp is not a certified New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) setting and does not provide OPWDD-certified services.
