Race for the Cure: 8 Breast Cancer Awareness Events
Approximately one in eight women in the United Stated will be diagnosed with invasive breast cancer, according to the American Cancer Association. Although there is no cure for breast cancer, there is hope. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in support of a cure, thousands of athletes come together at events like these to raise awareness. From group walks and road races to dance parties and bootcamps, these events will inspire, educate, empower, and help bring a cure a little closer.
