ACTIVE: Can you tell us about some of your accomplishments thus far since you first started using the program?

DONAT: "After a year of running 5Ks I wanted to challenge myself and looked toward the 10K distance. My first 10K was the Marine Corps Marathon and 10K last year in Washington D.C. It was a humbling experience running in memory of soldiers whose lives were lost in the Middle East and I was proud that I was able to run up that long, steep hill to the finish line. My first half marathon was the Nike Women's Half Marathon in Washington D.C. in April, and I finished just seconds under three hours. I ran from the finish line to the area where I could buy a "finisher" shirt thinking I could cross this goal off my bucket list. And although I said I didn't need to run any more half marathons, I signed up to run the Hampton's Half Marathon in September. It was a beautiful cool and sunny day, but I must say that I wasn't exactly prepared for the rolling hills. I ended up getting a PR though, as my chip time was 2:45 and there were plenty of people who finished after I did."
